It was much later, and only because Tyler brought it to my attention, that I realized just how sad we would have been if Blake had been able to find his tooth pillow and get everything ready for the Tooth Fairy...she would have gotten it without us getting to see it. Oh, no! That scenario cannot happen, so we made sure Blake knows just how badly we want to see his teeth before they're gone forever. Whew!

The Tooth Fairy cometh again!
Blake lost his second tooth a week later. This time it fell out while he was sleeping, which woke him up. He came to tell us, but "noticed" we were sleeping, so he didn't wake us up. He proceeded to check his mouth in the mirror, realized there was "no blood" (which means there was no need to panic) and tried to find his tooth pillow. No luck there, so he put the tooth on his nightstand and went back to sleep. What time did all this happen? "The clock said 3 something, Mom." (Good thing he "noticed" we were sleeping.) I love my child. sigh.
