He's back!

Guess who showed up at our house this morning? Zip!! He's back for another year and the mayhem has already started. Zip wasn't too messy last night, but I think he's just warming up for the big stuff. He pulled one of his old favorites from last year and used crayons to write Blake a message...

Of course, Blake went straight to the bus stop and told everyone his elf was back, which led to lots of questions from the kids about Blake's sincerity (none of them have elves so they didn't believe him at first) and lots of questions from the moms about how Zip came to be at our house. I get the feeling that there will be several requests to Santa for a few extra elves on the cul-de-sac this year.
